- Cake makers sued for refusing to create same-sex wedding cakes due to religious beliefs.
- Some states prohibit adoption discrimination based on sexual orientation or gender identity, limiting the choice of placing a child with a traditional family.
- The Pledge of Allegiance and National Anthem are under attack.
- COVID restrictions limited freedoms, including the right to assemble and worship.
- Most if not all churches are considered non-profit organizations.
- Over time some of the freedoms once allowed have been eliminated, and threats from the government to take away non-profit statues are real.
- We’ve witnessed antisemitism reach an all-time high towards the Jewish people.
- We’ve watched our legal system be weaponized against law enforcement and citizens, and law-fare is very much alive and well.
- Right now we have a fairly conservative Supreme Court of the United States.
- There have been and may be efforts to expand the Supreme Court from 9 to 13 Justices.
- There have been and may be efforts to eliminate the electoral college and move to a popular vote system for presidential elections which means a select handful of states will determine who is president.
